    @goldeare well, cant you just draw it in PS and then use complete image for the WEB options…? And btw i prefer to add code manually, because i think adobe made simple things much more complicated (some can be done with few CSS lines, which work much better on all of the browsers).

    You do have an oval tool. Click it and press shift to make a perfect circle.
